ALMACO's Quality commitment certified

ALMACO Group announced the achievement of ISO 9001:2000 certification for its offices in Boca Raton (FL, USA), Raisio (FIN), and Nantes (FRA) after an audit by Det Norske Veritas. This certification is considered to be the highest international standard for measuring a company's Quality Management Principles.

Quality Certificate

The ISO 9001:2000 certificate recognises that ALMACO has systems in place to provide the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction. The certificate covers all procedures and product lines. It is valid until the end of 2009 and is acknowledged as the foundation for our internal quality system and commitment to continuously improve our standards to benefit our customers, suppliers, employees, and the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Group.

The DNV audit resulted in positive feedback from the auditors. The quality policy applies to all personnel working for ALMACO and embraces the objective of satisfying customer requirements. All actions, procedures, development work, systems, and documentation are designed to support this target throughout the lifetime of ALMACO's products and services. It is considered to represent continuous improvement based on individual initiative and process development.
