ALMACO implemented M2 Lifecycle Management tool to support project management

M2 Lifecycle Management solution ALMACO has successfully finalized the internal implementation of M2 Life Cycle Management solution. M2 is a project management solution ALMACO developed together with Fujitsu Services Oy, which ensures efficient project deliveries according to the company’s quality procedures and objectives. M2 is based on modern IT-technology, with a high focus on user-friendliness.

Currently, ALMACO’s Project Management team fully utilizes all features and functionalities that M2 has to offer with outstanding results.

ALMACO’s DNV-certified Quality System is integrated into M2, which ensures quality procedure and objective compliance at the project level. ALMACO’s project managers and project portfolio managers now benefit from M2 features such as:
