ALMACO secured contract with V.Ships for refurbishment of 186 cabins onboard M/S Club Med 2

ALMACO has been awarded the contract to supply and install the material to refurbish 186 cabins onboard Club Med 2. This latest contract supports the continuous successful relationship ALMACO has developed with V.Ships over the years.  ALMACO’s scope includes upgrades to the cabins such as cabinetry, upholstery and painting, as well as enhancements to the bathrooms involving new vanity tops, faucets, shower sets, and others. The cabin design, as well as the design of the public areas, is in the hands of Atelier Sophie Jacqmin, the winning firm of the Club Med 2 design competition. The dry dock will take place in Genoa, Italy, from the 4th to the 24th of October, 2008. ALMACO has a long tradition and much experience in cabin refurbishment, surpassing 10,000 cabins refurbished over the past 10 years. This expertise, together with the European and Asian manufacturers that are part of ALMACO’s global supplier network, assure a delivery that is both price-competitive and up to the quality standards set by the owner.
