ALMACO Delivers Catering Solutions for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Luminara

ALMACO Group is proud to announce the successful delivery of our catering solutions for Luminara, the newest superyacht in The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. The vessel was constructed at Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France, and delivered in June 2025.

Tailored Solutions for a Luxury Experience

As part of the scope for Luminara, ALMACO was responsible for the design, supply, and installation of the yacht’s galley areas, provision stores, and refrigeration machinery. These systems were developed to align with the specifications required for The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s vessels.
Luminara’s galleys are equipped with modern technology and durable equipment that ensure efficiency and ease of service. The provision stores are optimized to offer smart space utilization and robust environmental controls, while the refrigeration machinery was selected to maintain critical temperatures and maximize energy efficiency.

Building on a Proven Partnership

The Luminara project follows ALMACO’s successful delivery of a similar scope for Ilma, Luminara’s sister ship, in 2024 at the same shipyard. Lous Durand, Superintendent Hotel Systems and Back-of-House Spaces at Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection commented on the project: “Working with ALMACO on the Ilma and Luminara projects was a great experience.
