HEAD OF MODERNIZATION, CATERING SYSTEMS DIVISION

As Head of Modernization, in our Catering Systems Division, you will hold the overall responsibility for modernization business unit within the Catering Systems Division

Furthermore, in this position, your specific responsibilities will include the following

• Responsible for gross margin-, quality-, and delivery-time – targets are reached on modernization contracts in the order book
• Manage the Modernization Team
• Get involved in the Sales: internal coordination, necessary preparation works offering package
• Continuous development of modernization processes and documentation, with special focus on order to delivery -process
• Responsible for contract and regulation compliance
• Supporting and organizing the work of project managers and project teams
• Act as Project Manager if necessary

To be successful in this position, we will need to have

• Strong Catering modernization experience in Marine industry
• Knowledge of ALMACO markets and ALMACO families of Catering products
• Interior and Background works knowledge other
• Good understanding of financials
• Customer Care mindset
• Skills in delegating and organizing
• Sales & Communication
• Fluent English, Finnish/French a plus.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Project
